With a “mountain view” room you get an amazing look at the Matterhorn itself. Fabien at reception was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. "I can't express how impressed and grateful we are for the customer service we received. They truly went above and beyond and helped us turn a bit of a disaster in our itinerary into the best time. I would recommend staying here and no where else in Zermatt. We can't speak highly enough about the front desk staff. Room was spacious and comfortable.
