"The staff is excellent! Their customer service is above normal expectations! This applies to everyone we encountered during our week's stay. A service staff member and manager carried our luggage upstairs when the power went out. Every day they spoke with us to see how we were doing and remembered who we were always. The hotel has wonderful amenities and the room was very clean. This is a quiet hotel, even though there were quite a few people staying there. Access to the beach was important yo us, and we were able to walk across the street. Local dining and shops helped make our trip even more relaxing with ease of getting to them. We already know we will stay here the next time we visit. We also referred our family to this hotel! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! You took good care of us!"
