"Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen ein Begrüßungsgetränk aufs Haus. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber und das Frühstück fantastisch. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Lage ist ruhig (kein Lärm nachts, sodass man schlafen kann. Gleichzeitig gute Erreichbarkeit zu Restaurants in fussläufiger Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen."

"The hotel room did not have any air conditioning that was stated as an amenity in the profile. The hotel manager did not accept any of my critisizm, and did not even offer any sympathy. I found hair on the bath room floor and a bottle cap under the bed. The TV remote did not work. There is no elevator from the parking at the back of the hotel, only inside the from the enterance and lobby to the rooms. The hotel rooms are simple and functional. The staff was nice but none of them speaked English...

"This is a basic hotel that is clean and provides wifi and good bathroom facilities. It is located in the Hanau downtown area and provides good access to that area. It did not offer breakfast nor any means to make coffee in the room. That meant an early morning trip to the streets each day to find a wake-up cup of coffee.
