"The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Television channels were lacking although coming to Bad Nauheim is more about getting around and not sitting around. If you come after 6pm, there is no one at the reception to greet you. An email will come in German and no English translation explaining how to get your key. Older place but that is part of the charm with it's Elvis room and Elvis shrine in the lobby. We didn't have the 12 Euro breakfast so no rating there. It is a short walk...

"I liked the hotel very much, but the property certainly needs an update. The decor is fine, just rundown. What a beautiful bar, but the wood is chipped and stained. The room was spacious but the furniture was dated. I’ll still visit again, but these superficial things are what keeps this hotel from achieving greater status in my book."

"First time in Frankfurt and picked the Westin Grand. Hotel was clean and decorated beautifully. Staff were helpful and kind. Always helping with any questions asked. Room service staff were as well and food was delicious. Will be staying again on our next stay in Frankfurt. Highly recommend. "

"This is not the first time I stay at a Moxy Hotel . All my experiences with it have been great but this was the best one so far. :) The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. A special shout out to João Pedro. What a kind, fun and helpful guy.
