Twin room with window (no view at all) is SUPER small, without any table or bench to leave your belongings. Just two fixed hangers which didn’t help. Shower head is leaking a lot. You’ll need to borrow the hair dryer from the reception. To get into the floor you need to tap your room card, security level is good."

The welcome I received on my check in (which was after 10pm) was outstanding and the gym host could not have been friendlier. The gym whilst small and a little outdated, was also a brilliant facility to have available. This service along with these facilities at this price wa amazing value!!"

"A modern hotel close to the M62 Briar Court excelled in many ways. A 20 minute drive and you can be in Bronte Country or in the opposite direction the Peak District. Excellent location for buisness and leisure. "

Most other residents nuns or priests, but all very friendly. Breakfast room very sunny, no complaints about the buffet breakfast. Nice gardens with plenty of birdsong. "
