"Hotel typical for half board/all inclusive. Hotel room fab sea view. Own lounge with bedroom. Staff on reception and luis Vanessa very friendly in the bar. The restaurant manager (man) very good and witnesses v friendly except two who told me off for taking my coffee to the terrace. Restaurant a lot nicer when they were not working. Ran more efficiently, less chaos. Area is pretty but disappointing as in the middle of nowhere. La Mata is pretty but very little there. Torrevijeca is as usual...

We booked for 5 of us - 2 rooms but room was twin and double had to pay extra for extra bed. Our stay was marred by the extremely bad mannered bar man we've ever come across. What kind of enjoyment he receives from making a clearly disabled man wait to be served, while he serves others just walking up to the bar, is hard to figure out. "This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"
