"Freindly staff"

"Service from the receptionist was welcoming, easy to understand when she explained the the layout of the hotel, the timetable of transport concerning travel from and to airports. The meals were great as were the staff services. Although I had a good night sleep, it was challenging due to daylight saving. I'm used to sleeping in a dark room. No fault of the hotel. "

"We were upgraded from the Short Stay room to the Scenic Studio which was such a lovely start. Beautiful driveway and walk up to the resort. Check in and checkout super easy. The pool and deck area is lovely to sunbathe in. Our room was quite nice and comfortable. Only negative was the cleanliness which could be improved slightly. Some brown marks on the ceiling and dust bunnies hanging around, the cutlery and cups were a bit dusty and water stained. Overall though, the room was nice (could do...
