"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"ホテル内のレストラン（お食事処）の料理を夕ご飯（または夜食）としてテイクアウトでき室内で食べられそうなサービスは、初めての経験だったので凄くよいと思います。 ただ、当ホテルから車で5分もかからないところに凄く美味しい洋食屋さんがあるとホテル地元の友人が教えてくれたので今回そちらで食べて、サービス自体は利用しませんでした。 他のルートインでも同じサービスがあるようでしたらこれからは是非利用してみたいです。 ちなみに朝食も美味しかったです。 "

"My family stayed here for 1 night. We got two rooms. Both rooms were huge with two double beds in each room. I estimate the rooms were 2-3 times the size of a typical Japanese hotel room. The rooms were very clean as was the entire resort building. The onsen experience was good (this is the entire reason you would stay here). There is an in-door and out-door soaking pool.
