"Tropiq is in such a great location handy to downtown shopping and the esplanade It’s a great budget option, yes older style but well maintained with onsite staff keeping everything in order and now non smoking it is very relaxing There’s a great pool and bbq area and plenty of food delivery options If there’s something you are missing just ask the friendly staff at the front desk Thanks for a great stay"

"We had hoped to postpone our stay by a week but found that the cancellation policy kicked in almost three days before we were due to arrive and there was no recourse to changing dates. Fortunately, rather than sacrifice the 100% cost, we were able to work things so we could make use of the night.
