"I decided, very last minute, to use a hotel as we were celebrating a friend's birthday nearby. I had been given a room on the top floor, but there wasn't a lift and I have a knee problem, so I was swiftly swapped to a ground floor room. The room was excellent value for money. Even though the hotel is only rated 3*, it had an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee, a TV, a safe, free wi-fi, laundry service, and a gorgeously comfortable bed. It was also a nicely quiet room with an excellent level...

"The room was spacious and clean, with Dove soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Free parking onsite. Very good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again."

"Good cheap hotel. A bit tired looking in places but clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking, good WiFi, usual tea/coffee/ biscuits which were topped up every day, friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom with a walk in shower which I much prefer to a bath. The only issue for me was there was no desk/table to work at but laptops are called laptops for a reason! Room was cleaned and bed made up for me every day which a lot of hotels don’t do these days."

"I was really impressed by this hotel during our stay. We was welcomed by the host Suresh who was very friendly, pleasant, helpful, accommodating and approachable. The room was a good size twin room with en-suite shower, TV, dressing table. Facility to make tea, coffee available in room and toiletries for washing in bathroom. The hotel was very clean and easy to locate. The lounge and bar downstairs was warm, well presented and had a bar. Pool table and further seating available in dining...

"Amazing room warm and cosy spacious matteress was a little soft for me but only a little thing on the overall stay . Lovely and quiet great tea tray and shower gels handwashes etc of a great quality (john lewis) , brilliant wifi and free and good freeview tv with good signal... overall great country cottage feel. Loved it will defo stay again"
