"Clean hotel."

"Location is key. Easy walk to the Marginal Way entrance and to Oguinquit playhouse. Overall, it is a great place to stay. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here many times and will return. There were some small disappointments, such as sparsely filled vending machines and therefore no late night snacks. The onsite pub used to have quite good food, but sadly it has declined to the point we no longer go there. "

"This was a very convenient location to stay at. Unfortunately we did not get to explore the amenities on our stay as we had only booked the room for one night and arrived later in the evening. Service was great"

"Near with main road, which is very convenient. Accessible parking, we parked right before our room door. But it wasn't clean enough in room, sheets with stains. Staff us very polite and helpful."

"The room TV was broken and Tom went out of his way to try and remedy the issue, but it wasn't something he could fix that night. He was very understanding and accommodating by moving us to another room and giving us an upgrade at no extra cost."

"Clean, safe, efficient check in and check out. Good customer relations. Property is in the process of making some upgrades. Close to Hampton Beach, shopping and dinning areas."

"Some loud people on our floor at night ruined an otherwise good experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and competent. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was standard. Please add bagels to your menu items, and brown sugar. "
