"My 12-yr old daughter and I came to Ft Myers Beach for Spring Break (March 2025). The house was super clean upon arrival and the pool was nice and warm. The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk but not crowded. The house is not close to the “hopping” part of Ft Myers Beach but that was ok with us. There is a Publix about a mile away and another shopping center a mile the other way (7-11, CVS, beach shop, ice cream shop, etc - places are still opening up after the hurricanes recovery so I’m sure more...

"The home was perfect for our yearly family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool, pickleball courts and fishing off the dock. Short drive to Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva beaches. "

"House was located in a good spot between South Cape Coral and Port Charolette for our house hunting. The owner is very response and takes care of any issue that may arise. The handy man Lee is awesome and made sure everything was in working order. He even gave us advice on dinning options."
