"Great stay at the Margaritaville resort in Ft Myers Beach. Although the area is still very much in the rebuilding stages, the resort is a bright light in the area. The resort is clean, employees are friendly and the things to do are plentiful. We happened to be there on the coldest weather days Florida has had in years but the pool is heated and the proximity to shopping and the beach made all walking distance short. They have awesome fire tables to hang out by on the 2nd floor patio. Love the cheerful decor and the endless Caribbean music. All the food and drinks we had at the resort were good. We enjoyed the coffee and the great drinks. Valet service was good. Only negative I guess is the traffic around the resort and I’m sure parking is difficult if you don’t use valet. Other than that it’s a great place to stay! "

"This property is right in the heart of the beach scene. Easy walking distance from the beach and easy access to the main road in and out of FMB. The Tiki Bar located on the property has the best large screens for sports viewing (and is also open late so we got to watch the full OSU game in which they won the National Championship!) Only wish the weather had been better!"
