"Location is marvelous: Quiet, surrounded by nature. The porch alone is worth the stay, and having the beach a mere mile or so down the road? Eliminates questions about what to do (but bring footware!) Challenges: keycode system is insane, and also non-functional. Glad we had the keys instead. Especially as the promised beach towels were still in the cellar. Thanks to Vacasa team for working us through the entry issues. Otherwise? "Clean. Within walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys a nice touch. Good location. Quiet location. The only thing missing are draperies on all of the windows. The sun shines through the sliding glass doors in the morning and makes it a little warm. Could probably save some money by putting up blinds to keep the sun out and not run the air conditioner constantly. All in all we had a lovely stay at The Bungalow in Captiva . Thank you."

"It was so nice to find a place on the island where a large group of my family could all stay together. We were on the island for a family wedding at 'Tween Waters Resort. The location of this house was perfect! We enjoyed the pool as it was quite warm during our stay in September. The property was just as described and the online pictures were exactly what we saw. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful vacation home!"

"Great house, great location (dock in back, beach access across street) and nice pool. This is not a luxury rental so you can feel comfortable with kids stretching out and not being monitored constantly which is nice. Everything you need, close to bars/restaurants. I wish they let renters use kayaks, that was a bummer but all sorts of other beach equipment in good condition and accessible. Management is very responsive and no issues at all with check-in/check-out."
