"Really disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. If we had know in advance, we would have cancelled our booking and stayed elsewhere. Don’t really expect that from Four Seasons, thought that it would have been made abundantly clear to us on booking."

Surprisingly there were no water glasses in the room.when I asked R/S.i was told we do not give glasses as people use it for purpose other than water.this after I stayed earlier when there were glasses in the room. Strange. I was given paper glasses."

"The apartment is in a nice locality but no shops within walking distance, seafront is close by for early morning or evening walk. Breakfast is served in the room and according a weekly set menu mostly Indian, no cereal or eggs but slices of white bread with butter and jam."
