"Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were available all day and very friendly and helpful, cleaning staff came round daily was a great place to stay, hotel is on the front facing the beach, the town is just up the side street, and there is amusements and a small fair for youbger kids just outside the hotel, will hopefully be returning again soon, thank you for a lovely stay"

"The room was good but when we arrived the hotel was closed so you had to use the back staircase which was okay in the daylight but at night there was no light, so you had to be very careful. "

It was only accessible by climbing 2 flights of fairly steep stairs, which we were unaware of when booking. The breakfast was excellent but was in a restaurant around the corner, not in the same building. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Bit of a pain having to check into a different hotel before going to the one I actually booked. But for the price it was fine, clean and tidy. Very noisy though with traffic outside and people walking about on creaking floorboards and every door slamming. "

Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend.
