"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did not have the circumstances. When we arrived there was no power. After the expected time frame had lapse we asked for a new room. We were provided one. A few hick ups with the room keys but again anything we needed the staff obliged. "

"Came here to ski at Killington resort and had a great time. They have an “on call” shuttle that brings you right to the snowshed lodge, which is very quick and convenient. The bus driver said that they operate everyday during ski season, but the availability varies outside of the winter. There’s also a great heated pool that felt relaxing after a long day of skiing. "This is a lovely old building with a lot of character and charm. We were greeted upon arrival and given all the information we needed for parking in the back lot due to snow plowing. The room was small, which was fine and what we had reserved, no complaints there. We had a double bed and it was very, very soft if you like that sort of thing. There was some draftiness in the second floor end room we stayed in, and the heat was not running when we got there, which was an issue for an hour or two...
