The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "

"The property was very dirty. I don't know why it is called Immaculate house... Very dirty: Table unwiped, dust everywhere, spider webs, toilet and bathroom full of small hair, microwave and fridge very dirty of food staines. Not clean at all. I had an impression the property was never cleaned, but also not prepared for new guests. Also, it was advertised as 3 bed house, whereas we were allowed to leave in 1 or 2 bedrooms. "Lovely little place but no parking,parking is about 200m away in a public car park. So a bit of a chore humping your shoping bags suitcases ect,but if you can get past that its fine."
