"Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "

"The loo pedestal wasn't fixed so it wobbled when I sat on it, the towel rail came off when I hung a towel on it, and the TV didn't work. I managed to switch it on once but couldn't work out how to connect it to the WiFi. Instructions were unhelpful and in the end I couldn't get it to switch on despite trying new batteries in the remote control. Although saucepans and dinner plates were provided there were no bowls or small plates. Finally there was no washing up bowl and/or sink plug. It also...

"Really lovey place to stay if you just want peace and quiet, very basic and very romantic and secluded. Just hear in mind your only cooking appliances are a cooking hob. So any meals you plan on cooking must be cookable in a saucepan or frying pan. That being said the rose and crown in Michaelchurch."
