"Hotels.com said check-in was 4-7. We got a call as we pulled in the driveway saying that check-in ended at 5. Since we were there they checked us in. After that point there was no one on property who could provide any service. There was no ice in the building kitchenette. At 5:30 we texted the number provided for ice to the kitchenette but there wasn’t a response. At 8 pm we called a number and left a message with no response. I think at 5:30 pm there should be someone in the hotel to provide...

"We loved our stay at Ocean View. The 2 Queen room was huge, and the fireplace was a nice added touch. It was also nice to have a microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker in the room. The location was amazing "

"It was a neat experience, being in a log cabin, in the woods. Our daughter really wanted to visit Confusion Hill, which is across the street. Super convenient. The little pub on site has a very family run, old English pub vibe. We enjoyed a meal, and looking at all the photos & decor. It was a great stay."
