"This house truly is a special little gem. We traveled here during the winter months and were so thankful for the little winter escape. Great lay out for families, very clean, and had a nice view of the ocean from the kitchen. Can’t beat the location.. just steps away from the beach! We definitely will be back! "

"Our parents love Wells Beach. We grew up vacationing here for many summers. The house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the spacious living area upstairs! The decor was inviting with plenty of room for all to gather. We enjoyed the propane fireplace and the large dining table. What we didn’t expect was all the ocean views from many rooms in the house! We are planning to return this fall for a longer stay!"

"The only 2 negatives: loud housekeepers early in the morning and pool closed. Otherwise GREAT STAY.. great breakfast!"
