The atmosphere reminded me of a nursing home, which might not appeal to all guests. Updating the interiors could really elevate the guest experience and match the level of service provided. "We absolutely loved this house. Our family of 10 from two different states traveled to meet up half way and have a lovely ski weekend. The house was well stocked and decorated very nicely for a cozy stay. We had enough firewood to have a fire going most days and it put out great heat for us on some very cold windy winter days. The beds were very comfortable which is a plus for some of us with bad backs. The mud room entry was very convenient and so was the shuttle. We only had to wait about 10...
