"I made the reservation about 3 weeks before my arrival and received a confirmation number. After 5 hrs driving I got to the resort on arrival date around 9pm. To my surprise the front desk told me they did not have a reservation. I showed my VRBO reservation number and the lady told me the host needed to input the reservation into the resort system.
