"We stayed for what we thought was going to be one night due to bad road conditions but ended up staying the whole weekend! Crystal, the manager, was absolutely fantastic! They struggled with housekeeping staff and Crystal and the rest of the employees went above and beyond to clean the rooms themselves to accommodate the larger than anticipated number of guests staying that weekend. Due to understaffing of the housekeeping staff we had a very long wait to check in. However, Crystal the manager...

"Our family enjoys a weekend away each winter and we look for a place with lots of bedrooms and at least two bathrooms. This place had what we needed with the extras such as the hot tub and sauna and use of the community pool. Not only did we enjoy our time together but also all the amenities that came with it. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Gaylord is not far away so we spent time there as well. This place was just what we needed."

"It was a great stay at Northern Reflections! Two families of cousins came for a few days of skiing. The cabin was a great spot for everyone to stay and enjoy time together in between skiing. With all the snow, it was a bit treacherous driving to and from Boyne at times, but was an such an affordable option for our big group. The scenery was BEAUTIFUL on Lake Arrowhead. "This property was amazing as advertised! The gracious hosts even left out some treats for our guests which was a nice touch. The entire house/property was extremely clean, well taken care of and just immaculate. Only complaint from a few guests were a few of the mattress were uncomfortable and provided no support. Even with that being said, I would give this property 5 stars with great views and secluded scenery. "
