"Clean and perfect location in Napoli. Clear instructions and a balcony with gorgeous view of the neighborhood."

"The actual room and common area to get to rooms was very very clean! I really appreciated that. However, they didn’t listen to the do not disturb sign. I don’t really like people touching my stuff so this was a little bit annoying. The property is about 3 blocks from the breakfast place and they give you tickets for a free coffe and croissant each morning. The breakfast place is in a nicer area because it’s very close to the main train station, but where the actual place is, is NOT a nice area....

"This is a self check in.. If you don't get the codes you will be standing there for awhile waiting for someone to show up.. Had to walk up stairs, the new elevator isn't working yet.. Pillows are about 2 inches of hard foam..Decent bathroom.. Modern inside.. Close to things.. "

"The area was very rough but the room was clean and well kept. Bathroom very small shower even more so. But if just there for the night everything is clean and nice within the hotel. The surrounding area could use cleaning up."
