"The staff were super friendly and nice. Hotel and room were very clean and well appointed. The only negative was the breakfast. Sausage biscuits that clearly stated to keep frozen till cooked were in a pan on the counter. I attempted to fix a waffle and poured the batter into the waffle iron before realizing the iron wasn't even on. Milk was warm. Overall, the hotel & staff were excellent, but they need to work on the breakfast."

We had jacuzzi and we all noticed black stuff coming through jets as it operated that was a bit gross to say least. Still love West bank inn but felt uncomfortable by both issues. Employee came to fix toilet but I actually had to fix it "
