"This is a great location in La Spezia with very good access to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Breakfast was European continental and was at a nice little cafe right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The staff were lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. The apartment was clean and quiet with lots of natural light! This apartment didn’t have a view of the sea, but it did have a lovely terrace that you could see Riomaggiore from. And just steps away was the Wonderful shared terrace with a view of the sea!! "The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"We loved our stay here! The room is very spacious and has a large balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The room also has closet space with hangers, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. The free breakfast has lots of great options including any type of coffee you'd like! If you are not very mobile, this is not the hotel for you (and possibly not the city for you). Getting to the center of the town requires you to go up/down a very steep hill, and depending on what floor you're on...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

"Location is excellent, staff ( Lugo) was great very informative, escorted us to our room show us how to us access code box , lights and AC. Highly recommend this property for budget minded travelers.. Italian breakfast was included. "

"Super friendly owner. Clean and comfortable room and building. Wifi worked great, though the AC unit had switched from cold to hot for the building, but the fan worked. The whole town is very walkable so plenty of groceries and restaurants near by."

"Stayed here for 4 nights whilst exploring the Cinque Terre - great restaurant nearby (Osteria La Carabaccia - booking required), and a couple of good grocery stores (Co-op and Basko.) Our hostess highly recommended a day out in nearby Porto Venere - and this was a very good recommendation! You can catch ferry boats here to the Cinque Terre villages. "

"This place is perfect for a visit to Cinque Terre. The location just across the street from the elevator to the train station makes this place extremely easy to access. The view from the balcony off our room looking out over the Mediterranean was gorgeous. Rebecca met us at the property on arrival and assisted with luggage and gave us a walk through. She was great to communicate with via text although there were no issues that had to be resolved. Just perfect!!"

"Maria amd Bruno were very helpful getting me settled. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless and a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 25 minute stroll to the port and the ferries of Cinque Terre. I would stay here again."

"Lovely stay! It was a last minute booking due to the train strike and we couldn’t get out of La Spezia to get to Vience. The property let us check in early and was very accommodating. Room was amazing too!! "

"Beautiful view from my window! Very clean and spacious room, owners very accommodating! Came late night to the train station and was promptly guided on what to do. You will need to have a car or to take a taxi to get here (taxi was $20 euros on a Sunday night) Definitely would stay here again!!"

Wonderful villa!

"The staff were lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. The apartment was clean and quiet with lots of natural light! This apartment didn’t have a view of the sea, but it did have a lovely terrace that you could see Riomaggiore from. And just steps away was the Wonderful shared terrace with a view of the sea!! I also must say the breakfast was incredible. Included things that might be typical for American breakfast (hardboiled eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast) as well as Italian breakfast (meats, cheeses, croissants, baked goods, Nutella) including freshly made cappuccinos etc. Loved this place and highly recommend! A couple things to note: the queen bed is two twins pushed together and they did kind of separate throughout the night which was a little awkward. Also, the elevators for getting up the hill are broken most the time and the option is to carry your bags up a steep hill for a long way. That said, you can get local Roberto to drive your luggage up and then the walk is actually not bad at all, pretty beautiful. Villa Argentina will send you Roberto‘s number in an email. €10 was a good price to not have to carry my luggage all the way up the hill! "
