"Great location in quiet area.The apartment is 10 mins walk from station . Fully equipped kitchen but no kettle and washing machine. The room was good with good bed and decent size bathroom for ltaly. Clothes line outside on the balcony. A few issues with toilet not flushing and gas stove not feeding gas through at times. Overall a lovely stay in quiet area and many cafes around to eat.wifi was good . I would highly recommend staying here . One of the best beaches in ltaly thats for sure !!...

"This apartment was so close to the train station at La Spezia ( arrival/departure and Cinque Terre) and a short walk to the main shopping area with restaurants etc. The apartment was up 5 flights of stairs (no lift), but it was nice and light because of the skylights. It was a good size, lots of room for the 2 of us. I made use of the cooking facilities and washing machine which were supplied. Rooftop view may be the prettiest I’ve ever seen. Great restaurants close by. Videos make it easy to find.
