She offered us the room right away as we were with an 18-month-old and we arrived earlier than check-in. It can't be helped but whenever the front door opens during the night, it vibrates through our room. Anyway, the room served its purpose and the receptionists are all very helpful. "

"My son and I were doing a UK and Spain football trip and chose this for the location and price. This was confidently located between Arsenal and Chelsea stadiums and also close to Big Ben, London Bridge and Buchanan Palace. We had a busy schedule and had no plans to hang out in the room, just needed a place to lay our heads. However the beds weren’t the best, TV didn’t work and the shower was the size of an RV. But for $50/night, wasn’t expecting too much."

"Some of the features leave much to be desired. Examples of this include, the flusher for the toilet being broken, the air-conditioning not operating after a powercut and while the rooms are pleasant they could use a rug for the floors as they are quite cold in the morning and if you don’t bring slippers this can be a bit jarring. The staff were friendly and accomodating even offering me a room change during the late night powercut. Despite the easy fixes I would stay here again as it was...
