"The room was very clesn and spacious as we had a King suite but the mattress was too hard. You can tell immediately that it is a hard steel sprung mattress but thank god the pillows were great otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep."

"The Flagship is not a fancy place, but it offers a comfortable option to stay for a night or two. It's a bit old-fashioned, but that's more than made up by how clean it is, and the lovely seating balcony overlooking Oyster Bay. The folks working at the hotel is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast served 6 - 10 was perfect. There's a few nice places to eat close by. We've stayed here before and will likely again. Note - I would give this an 8.7 versus four stars. "

"Our stay was short, and definitely sweet which a big thank you goes out to the staff. Especially Connie at the front night desk. We didn’t see many day time staff because we were gone all day but the room was tidied up while we were gone which was helpful as well as the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. God Bless. Thanks again"
