"Trip from the wharf on the tender (boat big enough to fit 40 or so people) took about 40 minutes to get out to the boat moored out in Halong Bay. "No good, old buiding, rude and sly manager, he lied about the occupancy of the hotel only bevause wanted to cash more money for national holiday in haphong city so wanted me to delete my booking,but i could not because i paid in advance.
