"Only issue I had, and told the desk, was water temp was lukewarm and never got warmer. The overnight desk clerk asked me if I was a smoker, told no, he adked me if I was sure. I said yes, I'm sure and he still took a $50 hold on my card. It is still not refunded"

"I couldn't be happier with my one night stay while having procedures at Mercy Medical. Deshan was at the desk at checkin and checkout and was helpful, curtious, efficient, and personable. My room was safe, clean, roomy, and comfortable. "

"The staff are pleasant and helpful. But it is not a quiet hotel. The walls are very thin and we could hear next door's footsteps, TV, and all. Our neighbor had their TV on and I could tell which movie they were watching. The breakfast was ok, the eggs were too dry, not many seatings, not many selection, but it was free. I probably will not stay there again, I would prefer somewhere with thick walls. "

"This property was very clean. Handicap parking was very close! A miscommunication about shower was addressed by manager to my satisfaction. To help others, there is only one handicap room with a roll in shower and king bed. Others have a bathtub. Most regular rooms have a step in shower but not all so you must request in comments. We had one housekeeping request about something in our room. The manager resolved it in 45 minutes. Impressive! This is the 4th hotel I have stayed at in Aberdeen...
