If you like connection then maybe its not the best hotel for you, but the contactless check in was simple and the service via Whats App was great. "A short walk from the bus stop from Lucerne. The staff were very helpful and patient with questions (spoke many languages!) The rooms are charming with unbelievable views. Although the hallway sensor light took some time to get used to it was fine. Food was excellent. We even got to see an amazing trio (Viola, violin and piano) followed by a champagne reception and 4 course dinner! Will definitely return!"

It is not really a hotel but a collection of rooms within what appeared to be a residential building but it was all very clean, efficient and modern. We would happily stay here again."
