"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The front staff was courteous and the facility was clean. I only wish there was more seating for breakfast in the lobby. It would get pretty crowded in the mornings, and some families didn’t have a choice but to take food back to their rooms."

"Its close to everything you need. Free breakfast started at 6 am, even on Sat and Sunday. The whole place looks new but surprisingly, they told me they are upgrading in 2025. Parking is easy and free. Indoor pool has a small hot tub. Its a great hotel. 10 mins by car to the outlet mall and RecPlex. I would stay again. "

"We had a very nice stay. The only thing that should probably be looked at is the black floor mats in the lobby and lobby entrance. The edges of the mats are curled up and present a trip hazard. I tripped three times myself."

There was dirt and hair on the floor-I did like the layout of the room and bathroom. The dining room was convenient; breakfast was okay. Price was good. "

"I have stayed here a number of times traveling for work. It's a well-maintained property with restaurant options within 5 to 10 minutes. Drive in McHenry or Crystal lake. Service and cleanliness have always been top notch."
