"Room was comfortable. No view from room. Pretty area with gardens around walkways. Not a lot of outside seating areas. Most rooms are a walk uphill a ways. Not many have close parking. Trails uphill behind resort. 4x4 drive to upper parking was in good shape and looked good enough for 2 wheel when dry. Dining was fine, with good service. We can only recommend all activities they offer. The guides are very knowledgeable and make you feel safe and taken care of. "

"The hotel is absolutely unique. We were in cabin 14and was literally living in the jungle with floor to ceiling windows. So peaceful to watch nature with our own viewing deck. Excellent restaurant and staff were great. We went in late march and it was very cool being at higher altitude so maybe take a jacket. Well worth the trip!!!!!"
