"I loved the homey feeling the hotel gave, we absolutely loved the self serve hot drinks and although it could definitely get better by having clean pools I loved it ! "

"Had to run water for a half hour to 1 hour to get it clear. Nobody ever in the office had to call them to check in and check out. I had to empty my own trash and call them to get trash bags. "

"We had a nice weekend away at this property: plenty of space for our family of four + our dog. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked for cooking and dining. Cozy space for a long weekend. Only negative was that the hot tub wasn’t working and we weren’t told before arriving that it hadn’t been working for several weeks. Also, be aware that the steps to and from the lake are steep and are not accessible for someone who has trouble walking. The water can be accessed though by driving...

"Perfect size for the 4 of us. Everything was on point, dock, boat house, the views, the fire pit, etc... The house layout was odd, but worked very well. The only item that should be addressed are the Jet Ski lifts need a little TLC. But would absolutely rent again..."

"Beautiful lakefront home! Owners have excellent communication and response time. Easy check in and check out process. House includes many amenities with outdoor activities as well. Home is new, clean, and a perfect location on Lake Anna's private side for a family vacation. "

"We loved every part of our stay and highly recommend this home for families! The home was nice, clean and well decorated. We really appreciated the extra effort to provide snacks for the kids and toiletries in each bathroom. The pool was a favorite and the view of the lake from the deck and pool is beautiful. The games and foosball table were a great distraction for the kids in case of bad weather. We had a great time using the kayaks offered and loved that a boat ramp was available."

"Our group of 7 families had a wonderful stay in this home. Plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Large bedrooms with huge closets. We all loved the theater room!"

"Great clean space. Lots of sitting room with ample heat on cold days. Easy access to downtown Louisa. If I had any comments to improve on, it would be to have more cooking pans. I could only find one 8in pan. "
