Blue Lake Haven is a brand new waterfront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. So, we have fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need. We recently added a hot tub, and a new large furnished deck with several outdoor seating options, and outdoor dining.

Enjoy the blue water views from our deck. We offer 2 living areas including the main living area, and an upstairs living area with family appropriate games. Relax in the great room with bright windows, a fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wifi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home has an office, 4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The first floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen and dining areas, primary suite (King bed), 2 additional bedrooms, a laundry area and an easily accessible half bathroom. The second floor has the game room, and 1 additional bedroom and a full bath.
You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Coffee lovers will appreciate our nice selection of k-cups. Some outdoor amenities include: hot tub, smokeless fire pit, new deck, porch, patio, and propane gas grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, Smart TV with XBox Series X (plays DVD & Blu-Ray), sports equipment, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, because we will refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA) and provide you with some helpful advice. We have easy access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.
We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

This premier waterfront residential neighborhood community is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles. The siding is blue, there are 2 wicker chairs on the front porch, and the front door is white.
