"It was a "soft opening." The price was good and the services were great. We stayed in Oct. 2024 for 5 nights. Yes, the surrounding is a slum area but people are nice. Never felt unsafe! Walked around the area casually ...to Baclaran clothing etc market , National Shrine of our Mother of Perpetual Help, fast food restaurants , transportations to go to MoA and other great places in the area.You'll never go wrong staying in this property."

"Its near to the malls ,like double dragon , W mall and Sm moa , front desk are friendly,The front desk also speak English,tagalog and Chinese. I expected that there will have tv in the room, but its ok there is wifi 😁. "

It's also next to the elevated footbridge in the area that makes it easy to get around the local mall answer the bus station without needing to cross the busy streets. There are food options close by as well as a 7-Eleven downstairs. I would stay there again during my next visit. "

"This place was a nice respite for our American mission team of 8 people. A few of our rooms had problems with the bathroom facilities but the maintenance manager was quick to try to fix the issues. One of us was given a room change because the issue could not be fixed quickly and that was also very much appreciated to be given a new room with everything in working order. "The Fynn Hotel is amazing. I loved every part of the actual hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. The lobby area, restaurant area, upstairs hallways and room were all very nice and clean. It’s very hot here in the area but the A/C in the room worked perfectly.
