"Good value stay in the centre of Auckland. Rooms are snug but tidy and clean. There is a communal kitchen with an air fryer, microwave and fridge. However it does lack a lot of things. There is no tin opener, only a couple of plates and no bowels. If you want cereal in the morning you'll need to use a cup!! Also note, I did notice the odd bug in the communal kitchen on the floor. "

"Good news : Everything from here is a downhill walk. Everything was clean, modern, and in good repair. My first floor single on the all female floor was very cozy. Window opened. Desk top fan provided. No air conditioning. The first day my room was VERY hot when I returned because the summer sun was beating into my room. "Beds were to short 1 had stain on sheet and duvet cover.shower in the onsuite room was blocked as drain hole fixture would boil up .so we used the main showers. Shower surround were filthy in onsuite and main larger right hand side shower had timber coming off walls . Not enough milk . So went out to local dairy to buy more. Needs a thorough clean in showers. I have worked in a motel before and was not impressed with cleaning . "

"We have always stayed on the hotel side first time on the motel side. Great unit, all you need plenty of outdoor space for my son. Nice and quiet comfortable bed. Wilk now be booking with the motel."
