"The front desk was welcoming when we arrived. When we called down to ask for help because the TV didn't work the attention was terrible. "Sorry there is no one here after 4:00 to help with that." Shame on the planning for the property. Things happen when guests check in there should be a reasonable plan in place. After driving hours we looked forward to relaxing and TV was part of the plan. INDIFFERENCE is never attractive. At the end of a LONG travel day it was not acceptable. not what...

Second room was great! And we had stayed here on our way to our destination so we knew it was a good place to stay on the way back. Would happily recommend it.
