"The check-in was nice, and although we received no communication back regarding our ground floor request. We did get a ground floor and could back our car to the room. We were sadly placed right across from the door to the breakfast area, and after 6:00 am, there was no sleeping, plus at night, it sounded like groups spent time in that area.
