"After driving through traffic for almost 4 hours, when we arrived an older man with a mobile phone told us we did not in fact have a booking, that the hotel did not in fact exist as a hotel - even though all signage was still up. The man asked me to speak with head office on his phone who confirmed no booking, regardless of my e-mail confirmations. "An amazing property with incredible views of the coastline & Saltburn beach & pier. Good sized bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Bathroom could with some attention - a little damp on far wall. Although lovely shower. Property is on the fourth floor so be prepared!! "
