"This is a newer hotel and was an amazing place to stay. I stayed here twice on my month-long trip...on the way out and again on the way back. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially Jenny - She's a rockstar!). I will not hesitate to stay here again!"

Clearly if was not her fault, and he never accepted or apologized for not doing his job properly. Not stepping up..."
