"We decided to make a long weekend trip since we had family in from out of town. Some people went golfing, others just lounged in the backyard and relaxed. The house was nice as was the back yard, just as seen in the pictures. The property management company was very responsive and truly wants their guests to have a wonderful stay. We would definitely book again. "

"Great Stay for Equestrians, but Be Aware of Neighborhood NoiseOverall, we had an enjoyable stay. The Polo house was very convenient for our equestrian group, and the home itself was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the dual washer/dryer setup was a huge plus! The backyard and pool area were fantastic, providing a great space to relax. Our hosts were helpful and responsive throughout our stay.However, the neighborhood is very much a party area, and without HOA ordinances, noise was an issue despite the city’s noise regulations. If you’re looking for a quieter stay, this may be something to consider.Additionally, the 7th bedroom isn’t really functional—it’s located near the front door with glass doors, offering little privacy. The other downstairs bedroom and bathroom were also quite small. We also had some challenges with the A/C, but the hosts were aware and planned to have it addressed.Overall, a great spot for small groups, but keep in mind the potential for noise and some quirks in the layout."

"SOME ISSUES TO ENTER WITH THE DOOR LOCK, WHICH SOLVED IT QUICKLY.THE CONTROLS OF SEVERAL TVS DO NOT WORK.THE COFFEE MAKER AND REFRIGERATOR VERY DIRTY ON ARRIVAL.THE PHOTOS SHOW A TABLE ON THE TERRACE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE."

"My family and I had the privilege of staying here somewhat last minute when we came to town to visit my grandfather who was in hospice. Anna and her family went above and beyond making sure the house was perfect and well stocked for us. I had a few questions during my stay and she could not have been kinder and more responsive!The house is beautiful and modern, with many comfortable bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms. The sparkling pool and hot tub was such a treat for my family and I to relax in after making a meal in the spacious chef's kitchen. The internet was fast and supported the work for home needs of my group. I recommend the property not just because its amazing, but the host is next level and I look forward to a repeat stay and enjoying the desert sunset by the fire pit. Thank you!"

"Nothing at this property was as described. Hot tub was broken and there was no remote so you had to message the host any time you wanted to use it - even then after 6 hours of back and forth it never got hot. Pickleball net and paddles were broken, pool was disgusting, theater projector was broken, towels and bath mats were dirty and smelled heavily of chlorine. The property was so bad we decided to move out 1 day into an 8 day stay and book a different property."
