"Great place! Close proximity to all activities in the area. Nice views. The property has a golf course view, however, we saw no golfers (assuming the courses in the area are on rotational closures throughout the year). This is a close-knit condo community, so you may end up meeting some of the neighbors (which we did), but it was very pleasant. Expect plane noise intermittently from the local airport, & the central AC/heating unit is VERY loud. Beds have memory foam mattresses which are...

"We loved the pics online and chose the place based on that although when we arrived we saw the complex was on the wrong side of the 10 fey for us but oh well. View from the upstairs primary bedroom was great. Pool and hot tub are great but there were no instructions tonite the hot tub and jets so 2 out of 3 times the host was able to turn it on remotely for me. Floors were very dirty with hair and dust so my wife swept when we got there. Counters were clean but the smell of industrial cleaning...

"Spent the weekend at this property will my Mother and siblings from out of town. Property was large and clean. Management was fantastic from the beginning with all pertinent info on the home. We were greeted upon arrival and they ensured we could get the Dodgers playoff game on the TV. The layout is a bit wonky but fine for us since it was just family. "A beautiful neighborhood with a beautiful comfortable home with all the amenities. The pool and hot tub were perfect overlooking the beautiful golf course. We took a long walk in the neighborhood and the mountains are so close."

"The Palm Desert Gem was perfect for our large family group. The master is set a apart from other bedrooms for privacy and there is a bedroom and bathroom in the pool house. It is very spacious and comfortable. There are a couple issues with upkeep inside the house, such as loose hinges in the back bedroom, and the pool could have been cleaner. Other than that it was amazing and all that we wanted! "

"A great stay in a convenient neighbourhood. The pool and spa were lovely, and definitely worth heating during our stay in late November/early December. Communication with the property management was very easy and they were generous with check in/out times. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Our stay was so relaxing! The property was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The property owner, Rajeni, was very attentive and so thoughtful. They left us a welcome basket on the kitchen island! The billiard table was a nice touch toward the end of the night when we were done swimming in the pool. I did have an issue on the property that the owner was able to address right away, the property manager was able to fix our issue in less than 20 minutes. "My family and I enjoyed our time at your Beautiful spacious home. We all enjoyed our time out in the pool as well as BBQing. I would definitely book again. Ty for your hospitality."

"The property is everything you would want for a family stay. We were in town for a wedding and had our 3 daughters and my wife and me. The pool was close to the house and was heated. Ralph's grocery store is less than 1/2 mile from the house, and the owner is very responsive."

"Loved this property. Plenty of space and very clean. Host was amazing! I would suggest this to any large group. It is a bit further away than most but if u r looking for a stay put property, this is it! In case u r wondering as I was, there is a king room and 2 queen rooms on first floor. Upstairs is gaming room, master, queen room and twin bunk room. There r two tv’s, one in living room and one in game room."

"From start to finish, a wonderful experience and marvelous hosts, Vic and Salpi made our time here very special. The home is bright, open and airy with an exceptional master suite. "This property is beautiful and the golf course is so green and lovely it was a pleasure to take a walk . The rooms high ceilings made you feel like you were in a huge space. Our villa had 3 balconies and was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The beds were a little soft but I thought mine was comfortable.
