"The front desk staff was amazing. When we needed a ride to the cruise terminals, there were no available Ubers. She took it upon herself to call a Taxi and made sure we had a ride. Excellent customer service. "

"Staff was very nice. Everything was clean. Elevators were broke so some of family had to carry luggage up stairs to their room. That was just a inconvenience that was not really a big deal and was out of anyones control. It is what it is. I booked here because the price was good and would book here again."

"Everything was good but they need to make sure the shampoo and the conditioner in the showers are full when they clean the rooms. Not convenient when your in the shower and they are both empty!"

"Everything was nice. There were screaming children. I know that’s not the hotel’s fault. Liquid soap would be nice. We visited with family and I made my appointments at the medical center in Houston. Great location. "
