"Greatly disappointed with the shower!! The door didn’t come all the way down, so it allowed water from the shower to spill onto the floor. Had to put the bath mat AND a towel on the floor to soak up water. This is how the door was made to attach and not because of any damage or deteriorated parts. The door also wouldn’t close all the way. Had to fold a washcloth over several times and wedge it between the glass door and framing to keep the door shut. The mattress was comfortable, but the bed...

"The checkin process was efficient and friendly. I had a bit of a fumble with my key card and a staff person noticed and showed me how to correctly use it. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was perfectly clean and well laid out. It had all the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel room. A chair, a desk, a desk chair, a nice well-made bed. Two bedside stands two lamps and alarm clock, a TV or refrigerator or microwave. A luggage stand. A chest of drawers. The sink area had a coffee maker...

"I requested an accessible room but it was being renovated. I asked them for a regular room that would not take a long walk to get to. The honored the request. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfy. It was the best night sleep I had on my 4-night trip. The others were in Days Inn which I would stay away from. This hotel also had good breakfast: eggs (yes, those expensive eggs), sausage, gravy, cereal, waffle and the usual toast, butter...and juice, coffee. I would definitely book them...
