"This property was the perfect mountain getaway. About an hours drive from Bristol and Asheville made for easy day trips. The property is absolutely beautiful and we saw a lot of wildlife! All of the furniture was updated and very comfortable and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. We will hopefully be coming back in the future!"

"The bridge to the property has a steep drop off that scraped the bottom of my car. Getting in the lockbox for the key was difficult ,had to go to neighbor for property manager info. due to no wifi at the cabin to use cell phone . No heat in the bathrooms . Would only recommend if these problems was addressed."

"We stayed here sonce our daughter is thinking about attending ETSU this fall. It is a relatively short drive to the campus. Everything was great! The river's sound was relaxing and contant. The host was very accommodating and friendly. We will visit again!"
