"The checkin process was efficient and friendly. I had a bit of a fumble with my key card and a staff person noticed and showed me how to correctly use it. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was perfectly clean and well laid out. It had all the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel room. A chair, a desk, a desk chair, a nice well-made bed.
