"The apartment was very clean. They need to improve and have google tv with Netflix, YouTube and sky tv. Also the spur in the bath wasn't working. "

"Clean and tidy room with private bathroom and shower. One double and one single bed. A shared kitchen which had full amenities although I did not use these. A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. "

"Fabulous location 100m to the beach; wonderfully renovated and spacious cabin. Well-equiped kitchen. They do have a no alcohol policy, but there is a great pub right next door."

"Really disappointed with finding rubbish from previous tenants on balcony, possibly from more than a week, also the photos depicting the lawn area on site are misleading as the lawn area is very small and you think the place is in the country but it is not. My daughter had to clean the dishwasher and sink incinerator as it smelt really bad, for what I paid for the accommodation one would expect it to be clean. Also wooden walk area to the very small back yard is rotten, and the gate does not...

"Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you."

"Great stay. This is the downstairs apartment with property owner upstairs. Heaps of room to spread out. Quite residential area."

"The facility had mould behind the curtains, was dated and dirty. There were toys over the driveway, empty alcohol boxes and we ended up not being able to stay because of the state of the room. We were charged over $400 for the one night and was told we have to go to Expedia to get a refund. Very disappointed! "
